Valentine day special mix media

Hello everyone I am back again with my favorite mix media creation valentine day is coming so I decided to make some thing on this theme have a look what I have created

I simply take a cake base which I have n used my stencil with sand paste after completely dry  I cut one heart shape from theramocal n applied sand paste in half n paste this heart shape in center,after that I wrapped around a piece of fabric n make two flowers also with this

Then I added embellishments near round my heart shap n applied gesso all over I applied white cracker paste on the edges n in some part around my embellishments 

Then I simply colour with my inks n acrylic pain with diluted n spray water technique I have used golden embossing powder over the edge n on my embellishments I have used blue,yellow,green n on some Golden  

After then I paste a piece  of blue lace around the heart n red on the round edge a made a bow with tissue fabric

 I added some small beads n shining stone to make it more beautiful

Altered a bottle with mix media

Hello everyone here I am again with my new mix media work this time I have altered a bottle have a look

I have first draped some fabric n some tissue paper on the base of bottles then applied gesso after dry,after that added my embellishments like stone, chipboard, pearls,in some places I have applied stand paste,n embossing paste to give it little texture,i have made flowers with fabric 

After dry I have use acrylic colors (I have diluted them with water)use, Itsy Bitsy colour splash pink color also,after that decorated with strings, Pearl's,for chipboard I have used embossing powders

Card with feel of love

Hello friends
I hope u had a great time in christmas n new year,today I am sharing my  first post of this year there is more to go, but this is very quick n lovely card made by me with pattern papers have a look

I have used papericious paper 6"6 size for this,i made some hand made flowers n sequence for decoration,n used some dies cuts

Christmas card

Hello friends
I am pooja come back with one other Christmas card of my I am really enjoying to make card of Christmas this is my second card on Christmas have a look

This is simple card I have made for Christmas but I feel this is so cute also 

I have simply used distress inks for background

I have fuzzy cut my tree's, green valley n stone 

I have used stamp for the boy n used crayon colors for his dress n fuzzy cut this boy 

I have used again stamp for star n embossed them with golden embossing powder

mix media peacock theme

Mix Media Inspiration: Peacock Theme

Hi friends,

I am back again, guests designing (GD) for ranganjali, today here with my new mix media creations. Peacock  theme has always inspired most of the creative people like me. I really like all the beautiful colours of peacock feathers. This work of mine is totally inspired from them.

This is how I made it…

I took a canvas board and did stenciling with embossing paste. You can use any stencil you like. Then I applied a thin coat of gesso. I placed a chipboard watch shape and applied a white crackle paste on it. I also applied glass beads gel on outer side of the chipboard shape.

I made a peacock body with paper-mache clay. The Peacock feathers are from Dusty Attic, available atRanganjali Store. Dusty Attic makes most beautiful, delicate laser-cut chipboard designs. I painted them with acrylic paint in pearl metallic blue, lemon yellow, pearl metallic green and pearl metallic orange.

After this, I painted the background using waterproof inks from Camel colours. I have used foliage green, warm brown, light blue and light yellow ink with water spray. After all that dried, I lightly applied Inka Gold on all the surfaces.

I made some flowers and leaves using Spellbinders die. I coloured using Chipped Sapphire, Carved Pumpkin, and Mowed Lawn distress inks and clear embossed all of them.

I arranged all those flowers as shown in picture, applied Multimedia Matte Gel and sprinkled diamond dust

Lastly, I added chipboard cages embossed with gold embossing powder.

The second mix media

The second mix media, I created is a notebook cover. I again used Dusty Attic’s peacock feather. In other material, I used corrugated sheet to cover the front. I used some cardboard piece and a thick thread to cover that cardboard piece with the whole cover. I also used a small piece of very thin net fabric. I added some small stones in the pockets created by the thread wrapping. Then I applied 

gesso over all of these

I applied black acrylic color all over, after gesso was dry. I have used sap green, blue, copper, golden, yellow acrylic colours with the dry brush shading technique. I kept reducing shade of the colours till I was satisfied with the final colour shades

Lastly, I added a peacock feather, and little flute which I have made with paper-mache and some shine stone

Christmas winter card

Hello friends
winter  season has come n Christmas is also coming so it's time to  Make something on this theme so I have made this mix media card inspired from this theme, let's imagine fairies spreading show all over on this winter, Christmas season

For the background of the card I have used distress inks n colour splash pink 

I fuzzy cut trees n carved n for outer gate i have used Die cut 

I applied gesso with white embossing powder to make a snow effect

I have used stamps Fairy tail stamp again from Itsy bitsy

After all done in the last I have diluted gesso with water n sprinkled it with brush to give a snow fall effect
